What I hope What I dream What I fear What I see What I hear What I wish What I feel What I am ------- materials: sharpies and cheap kid's markers on sketchbook paper ------- T-Shirt available here: [link] and [link] ------- Please respect my choice to watermark my work I've had this drawing stolen countless times, even a major clothing company made thousands of dollars off it without my knowledge. I'm just doing what I can to protect my art. ------- I'm completely fine with anybody drawing images similar to this, but if you do copy it, please ask me first and give me credit (as simple as posting a link to my page in your description) NEVER use my original drawings in a piece you submit (even if it's just a portion of a drawing) This is copyright infringement. ------- I've been getting a lot of comments lately from people doubting the fact that I drew this.I hate having to do this, but here's a few things to think about before you accuse me of stealing this when, in fact, I was the one who was stolen from (and really, I could care less about this drawing anymore. All it's done is cause me is trouble and if I could take back ever having drawn it, I would) -check the date. On the right side of the screen, above favorites/comments is the date I submitted this on deviantART, August 14, 2006. I guarantee you that you will not find a single copy of this image posted to Photobucket, flickr, or any other photo-sharing website that has a submission date that precedes mine. -photo of the original drawing: [link] I know it's not a great photo, but this is the original drawing. I would never have the skill to replicate or reproduce this from an image on the web down to every strand of hair, every line, every shadow and dot of color, and every bit of handwriting exactly the same (also, my signature is in the bottom corner) -upper right corner: "there once was a girl who lived in a big beautiful box" = thegirlinthebigbox simple observation and a not-so-subtle way of putting my deviantART username in the drawing
So, yes. I drew it.
